Christopher Browning (Partner)

Chris' knowledge of the legal and practical matters that affect private clients and their properties in south east Cornwall is second to none.  He is a member of the Law Society Management and Property Sections.

During his spare time Chris enjoys boating, swimming and reading. 

He lives near Looe where he enjoys the benefits of the country and the sea all year round.

He has two sons and a granddaughter.

Mark Grassam (Partner)

Mark worked for two large regional firms of solicitors
from 1996 – 2007 before joining Chris in partnership
in Looe.  He is a member of the Probate Section of the Law Society,  and has developed considerable expertise in Private Client matters including Wills,
Trusts, Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney and Probate.

He also has a wide breadth of experience of Property
transactions, from small flats to large landed estates.

Mark is currently Captain of the newly formed Menheniot/Looe Cricket Club, following a merger of Menheniot and Looe Cricket Clubs in November 2009.  Mark is also a qualified Cricket Coach who coaches at Looe Primary School, and he runs regularly with the local running club, Looe Pioneers.

Sarah Kneebone (Solicitor)

Sarah trained and qualified with a firm of solicitors in Oxford, before moving to Looe in 2000.  Following the birth of Mark and Sarah’s son Freddie in 2003, Sarah has worked part-time, dealing mainly with Private Client matters such as Probate and Trust work. 

Sarah enjoys walking, tennis and is the Treasurer of Looe Primary School PTA.

Karen Bussell (Paralegal)

Karen has worked for the firm since 1996.  She has built up a great deal of experience in Property and Private Client matters over the years, and is currently studying the BTEC Paralegal Programme in Residential Conveyancing.

In her spare time Karen plays Hockey for Caradon Ladies.

Pat Holland (Secretary)

Pat has a wealth of experience with various firms of Solicitors, and joined the firm in 2006.

Outside work, she likes to spend time with her husband, children and grandchildren.
